Men's Council Night

Our monthly all-hands gathering. Council is a chance to sit in circle with the full community, share what's alive for us, and practice deep listening. We follow a simple format: opening, a round of check-ins, a themed prompt or topic, and closing. No crosstalk during rounds—just presence. It's one of the core practices that holds our community together.
