Facilitator Training – Level 1

This training is for men who want to step into facilitation roles within their I-Group or the broader community. We'll cover the fundamentals: holding space, managing time, navigating conflict, and staying grounded when things get intense. The training runs two full days. Expect a mix of instruction, practice rounds, and feedback. By the end, you'll have the tools to facilitate a basic group session with confidence.
